Share Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal via Apple Wallet

Put your Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal handle on an Apple Wallet pass so people can pay you with a quick QR scan—templates on Aplcard.

Getting paid in person often stalls on usernames: “Is it @name or $name?” A Wallet pass with your payment QR removes the spelling bee. You open Wallet; they scan; the pay app or page loads.

Aplcard includes templates for Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal so you can ship a payment pass without building anything custom.

Apple and Apple Wallet are trademarks of Apple Inc. Aplcard is not affiliated with Apple, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. Aplcard does not process payments—it links to your existing handles.

When a payment pass helps

Markets, tip jars, roommate splits, freelance handoffs, club dues—any moment where you would otherwise dictate a handle. The pass stays in Wallet next to your cards, so you are not digging through apps mid-conversation.

Use a dedicated payment pass rather than mixing LinkedIn and Venmo on one face if the primary ask is “pay me.” Clarity beats density.

Venmo template

Go to pass.honrly.com/create/venmo. Enter the display name you want on the pass and your Venmo username or profile link. Generate the PKPass, add it to Wallet, and test a scan with a friend’s phone.

Confirm the QR opens your Venmo profile or pay flow as you expect. If you use a vanity username, prefer that over a long profile URL.

Cash App template

Use /create/cashapp on pass.honrly.com. Cash App cashtags ($YourName) are easy to mis-hear in a noisy room; a QR avoids that. Put the cashtag on the pass face so people can also type it if scanning fails.

Download the pass, add to Wallet, and verify the destination on both iOS Camera and, if you care, a second device.

PayPal template

Open /create/paypal, add your PayPal.me link or profile identifier, and generate the pass. PayPal.me links are especially scan-friendly because they are short and personal.

Same flow as the others: PKPass download → Add to Apple Wallet → test scan before you rely on it at an event.

Safety and etiquette

Only share payment passes with people you intend to transact with. A QR is convenient; it is also public if you leave it on a projector or printed poster—use that deliberately for tips, not for private peer transfers.

Aplcard does not see your bank balances or move money. It creates a signed Wallet pass that points at the payment profile you already use. Create a pass at /create/venmo, /create/cashapp, or /create/paypal.
